Meet The Team

Perry’s career began in Banking Sales, Client Advisory and Executive Search having worked with BT & Lloyds Banking Group in the UK and Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore. Perry also served as Country Manager for a Private Equity fund specialised in investing in Recruitment Agencies.

In 2014, Perry founded First Global Direct, an Executive Search firm, and subsequently established sister companies, W3 Sourcing Executive search, and AI based Sourcing & sales lead generation engines, and marketing and event services and BrightCrew, focusing on global virtual talent outsourcing.
